The Order have been known to geneticly manipulate large and powerful simians into shock troops for assualts into heavily defended Realities resisting their military advances.
These Ape Men Troopers have the double effect of not only being powerful and durable warriors but a terror weapon as well given that their primary mode of combat is to tear the arms and legs from the tunk of the body and fling them into the enemy ranks. This effect is understandably demoralizing. At the Battle of New Cleveland the arms and legs of the defenders fell as far away as Cinncinati.
Although several twisted minds contributed to the design of the Ape Men their chief patron and proponent in Order weapons development is the mysterious Dark Professor Paradigm. he has offered many variations on the design over the years and is siad to have a simian havesting agent in the lower C-Sphere Realities.
